Scene Puzzle User Terms

Acceptance
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our services.
The service
IteraPath Studio provides Scene Puzzle, a free collection of hidden-object and spot-the-difference games on scenepuzzle.com, game.scenepuzzle.com, and in the Scene Puzzle Android and iOS apps.
You do not need to create an account or provide payment information to play. We currently do not charge for gameplay or offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Google privacy messaging is integrated on our websites. It is separate from advertising activation: advertisements and automatic ads are not currently being served. We may introduce website advertising in the future, subject to the purposes and choices described in our Privacy Policy.
Progress and availability
Progress, preferences, and downloaded content are stored locally in your browser or app. Clearing local data, removing the app, or changing browsers or devices can affect your progress. We do not provide an account-based cloud progress service.
Available scenes and features may change as we update the games. Some features and content downloads need an internet connection.
Acceptable use
Use Scene Puzzle lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or other visitors, or distribute malicious code through it.
Game content
You may play the games through Scene Puzzle and use the sharing features provided. Artwork, text, software, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce or redistribute protected materials without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits.
Original materials created by IteraPath Studio belong to the studio to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party assets may be protected by their respective rights holders and may require permission or a licence to use. Use of AI tools in production does not, by itself, establish ownership or permission to use a material.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled across the websites and apps. Website analytics and Google privacy choices are described there, including how to refuse, change or withdraw consent and use applicable US opt-outs. Refusing analytics does not prevent gameplay. These website choices do not add an advertising or consent SDK to our apps. External services you choose to use, including sharing destinations, have their own applicable policies and terms.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we will publish the updated version at the same URL and show its effective date. No provision in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
